Hexo Zone – Installation Guide

Step 1: Prepare Your Layout

Lay out your entire lighting design on the floor before mounting.
If your kit includes a border frame, assemble it first using straight and 90° connectors. Make sure all tubes are pushed fully into each connector.

Step 2: Connect Power Input

Choose the corner or side where your power cable will connect.
Insert the Y connector with the power adapter at that point.
For even illumination, power must be connected at all marked points shown in your wiring diagram.

Step 3: Assemble Hex Shapes

Connect tubes with Y and elbow connectors to form each hexagon.
Continue building row by row until your desired layout is complete.
Be gentle — do not force the tubes into connectors.

Step 4: Power Distribution

Depending on the size of your setup, you may need multiple power cables:

• 1 power cable per 65 standard tubes (6W)

• 1 per 45 large tubes (8W)

• 1 per 24 border tubes (16W)

This ensures even power and brightness throughout your grid.

Step 5: Test Before Mounting

Once assembled on the floor, connect to power and test all sections.
Make sure every segment lights up before installing it on the ceiling.
If unsure, consult a licensed electrician to check your electrical supply.

Step 6: Mounting Options

Mount the structure to the ceiling using one of the following methods:

• Screws through connector holes (recommended)

• Suspension wires

• Heavy-duty zip ties

After mounting, connect the main power supply (100–240V) and secure cables neatly.

Final Tip

Avoid bending or twisting the tubes during assembly.
Always remove the protective film before installation for the cleanest light output.
