A buyer is any person who places an order through our online store. By purchasing a product, the buyer agrees to and accepts these Terms & Conditions.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in EUR (€) and do not include VAT, as we are not VAT registered.
We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • Bank Transfer

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Prices and payment methods are clearly displayed at checkout. HEXA ZONE reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.

3. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver our products across the EU through reliable courier partners.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location and stock availability.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

In case of unexpected delays, customers will be notified via email.

4. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — without providing a reason.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In its original packaging

Return process:

  1. Contact us at hexazone.eu@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Return the product at your own expense to the address provided by our team.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue a refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Please note: We do not accept returns for items that have been visibly used, damaged due to improper handling, or installed incorrectly.

5. Warranty and Claims

All HEXA ZONE products include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the defect or damage

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
